HOURLY TEAM MEMBER

At Primos, we are truly grateful for our incredible team members who form the heart and soul of the Primos experience. It's our pleasure to offer our hourly team members the opportunity to participate in tip sharing after completing their training. While the amount will vary from store-to-store and month-to-month, you can count on a nice extra amount per hour added to the rate of pay agreed upon with your hiring manager. This comes directly from the customer and we're delighted to pass this along as it can substantially boost base pay.
