Who We Are
Throughout its history, Primos has witnessed the arrival and passing of committed hands of Primos family members, each willingly serving to continue what our beloved Pop began, working tirelessly to uphold its ideals and ensuring customers are treated with utmost respect. Over time, the Primos family has steadily grown, branching to include not only Pop's descendants but the multi-generations of families who have worked within its doors.

Many of our staff have worked for Primos for more than 20 years, and they have seen their children come on board to now work alongside them. We delight in the fact that we have multiple sets of generations working for Primos, and that is a testament to both the importance of family that Pop heralded and the value we place on each employee.
Primos has always been a place where memories are made and traditions have been founded. It brings us great joy to see a customer come in with a grandchild and pick out a treat in the bakery case that was his or her favorite from so long ago or to watch a family sit at one of our tables and share Primos stories with each other.

One of the great things about being a restaurant that is nearly 100 years old is the ability to see its resilience and adaptability through the years, and one of the great challenges is to hold with care the great responsibility of ensuring that its legacy of integrity remains at the forefront of who we are.
We thank you for your support and your patronage, and we thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives since 1929. We would not be here if it was not for you. Thank you for being a part of the family--our Primos Family.
We look forward to serving you for generations to come.
